Voice Banking

The voice they love — held safely, exactly as it sounds today.

Your voice carries more than words. The pause before you laugh. The way you say someone's name at the door. The lullaby you have hummed a thousand times. For families walking the road of ALS or MND, voice banking is a quiet promise: that the voice your people know will still be here — for the stories yet to be told, and for the everyday moments they will want to hear in your own words.

We sit beside you while you record, at your pace, in your home — and we keep going long after the sessions are done, so this voice stays close to the people who love it.

Questions families ask

Answers about voice banking

It depends on the path you choose. Message banking can start with a handful of the phrases that matter most to your family. A full synthesized voice bank uses more sentences — typically a few hundred — but we break it into short, guided sessions you complete at your own pace, so it never feels overwhelming.

Yes. A banked voice is built to work with AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) devices, so when speech becomes difficult the device speaks in a voice that still sounds like you. We help you get the files onto your device and keep a secure backup in case anything is lost.

It is rarely too late. If your natural speech has weakened, AI voice cloning can often reconstruct a clear, natural-sounding voice from earlier recordings — even a voicemail or home video. We will listen to what you have and tell you honestly what is still possible.

Most people complete recording across several short sessions over a week or two — there is no rush, and you set the pace. Once your recordings are in, building the voice bank usually takes a few days, and we confirm the timeline with you up front.

The strongest your voice will ever be is today.

When you are ready, we will pick up the phone and talk you through what your family's situation looks like. The call is free, and there is no pressure to decide anything that day. We bring every piece of equipment ourselves.

Families affected by ALS often qualify for Team Gleason grant funding for voice and message banking. The grant must be applied for before any payment is made — we walk you through it on the call, before anything else begins.

Curious about service costs? See our full pricing page — every line is itemized, and the free consultation always comes first.

Pricing

Transparent pricing — no surprises.

Most patients complete voice banking across three to five recording sessions. We bring all equipment — no technical experience required. What you'll actually need comes out of the free consultation.

If your patient has an ALS diagnosis, encourage them to apply for Team Gleason funding before engaging our services. Grant funds can cover many of these costs — but only if applied for prior to payment.
