TellForever handles voice recordings, life stories, family details, and planning notes with the expectation that they remain private to the people you choose.
Information we collect
We collect account details, intake responses, uploaded files, recordings, transcripts, product drafts, booking details, and messages you choose to provide. Some workflows may also store family contacts, access preferences, memorial details, and trust-planning information.
How we use it
We use this information to provide TellForever services, preserve and organize recordings, prepare requested deliverables, support consultations, process payments, send operational messages, and protect the service from abuse.
Sharing and access
Recordings and planning workspaces are not public by default. We share information only when you direct us to, when it is needed to operate the service, or when required by law. Access controls and share links should be used carefully because recipients may be able to view the materials you provide.
Storage and processors
We may use hosting, database, file storage, payment, transcription, email, analytics, and security processors to operate TellForever. These providers process information for the service functions we ask them to perform.
Security, retention, and deletion
We use technical and administrative safeguards intended to protect private recordings and account information. We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain family archives you have asked us to preserve. You may ask us to delete account information or stored materials, subject to legal, security, backup, payment, and archive-delivery obligations.
Export and choices
You may request a copy or export of materials associated with your account, update sharing choices, unsubscribe from non-operational messages, and ask us to correct or limit use of information where the service allows it.
