Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using TellForever services and preserving private family materials through the platform.
Using TellForever
You are responsible for the information, recordings, files, and instructions you provide. Use the service only for materials you have the right to upload, record, preserve, share, or manage.
Content ownership and consent
You keep ownership of voice recordings, stories, memorial content, trust-planning notes, and other family materials you provide. By uploading or recording materials, you confirm you have the rights and consent needed for TellForever to store, process, organize, and deliver them as requested.
Account access and sharing
Some features let you invite recipients, beneficiaries, family members, providers, advisors, or co-managers. You are responsible for choosing authorized recipients and keeping account access current when family circumstances change.
Not legal, medical, or financial advice
TellForever can help organize information and preserve records, but it does not replace legal, medical, financial, tax, AAC, or estate-planning advice from qualified professionals.
Payments, limits, and third-party services
Some features may use third-party payment, storage, transcription, synthesis, fulfillment, or email providers. Their own terms may apply when they process payment details, generate deliverables, or provide related services. We may limit, suspend, or remove access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or handle unpaid balances.
Liability and changes
TellForever is provided with reasonable care, but family archive, voice, and trust handoff work depends on the information you provide and on third-party services. We may update these terms as the service changes, and continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
